Create Miles of Smiles !

Every day I receive an email from Grateful in April by Melina Schamroth, founder of M.A.D. Women.

It is a global campaign to get people focused on feeling good about what they’ve already got in their lives.

Today I received this, it made me smile!


'Today I am resurrecting one of my favorite challenges. It’s to smile at strangers – and I mean a big hearty smile - and notice how you feel when you get a smile back.

Too often people walk around looking at their feet. Hold your head high and smile like the world depends on it. Sometimes little things matter. Smiling is one of those things.'
